Do you shop at Ralphs?

Ralphs makes a donation to Forte Animal Rescue for every purchase you make if you sign up using your Ralphs Club card number (from your key tag).

1. Simply click the Ralphs logo above to be taken to the Ralphs Community Contribution site.
2. Join as a "New Customer" if you're not already signed up, or login to your account, then Click on Community Contribution Program on the left side.
3. Follow the three steps starting with your Ralphs card number. Click Save Changes between each step.
4. At the 3rd step, type "Forte" into the box and click Search.
5. Select Forte Animal Rescue from the choices by filling in the circle, and Save Changes.
6. Logout at the top of the main page.

Once signed up, your Ralphs receipts will have Forte Animal Rescue printed on the bottom as confirmation (this can take up to 10 days from the time you sign up).

As Forte Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, 100% of donations goes directly to animal care. In addition to ongoing boarding and other costs, we continually incur significant veterinary medical bills. ANY amount granted to us would be absolutely appreciated since Forte Animal Rescue survives solely on donations.
